Experience: You have 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships or account management. Ideally in automotive, mobility or marketplace businesses. But if you are a proven B2B hunter from another sector who knows how to win trust and close, we want to hear from you.
Track Record: You don't just open doors. You keep them open. You have a clear preference for in-person selling, because you know that the best deals happen face to face, not behind a screen.
Communication: You listen before you pitch. You convince through empathy and expertise. Even when the contact is ice cold and has never heard of Aampere, you find a way in.
Language & Mobility: Danish at native level. Business-fluent English for daily communication with our team in Munich. Valid driver's license and based in Denmark. The business happens where the dealers are, and you are ready to be there.
Hands-on: You see opportunities and you act. You don't wait for instructions, you don't ask for permission, and you are not looking for structure. You are looking to build it. When something is broken, you fix it. When something is missing, you create it.
Network: Ideally you already know people in the Danish dealer landscape. If you can pick up the phone on day one and call twenty dealers by first name, that is a serious advantage. If not, you know how to build that network fast.
